Mobil Super™ 3000 Formula V 0W-20 is a high performance grade engine oil formulated to provide long engine life for modern gasoline and diesel vehicles equipped with After Treatment Systems (e.g. DPF) and requiring a low viscosity oil to achieve enhanced fuel economy.

Last week, our lubricant engineer Bram went to visit the students Electromechanics, majoring in Maintenance Technology at PXL Hogeschool. He gave an enlightening presentation about Mobil lubricants & MobilServ Solutions.

The Philipskercke I of the Faasse family sails via charterer Zand- en Grinthandel van Ouwerkerk for shipper Gebroeders De Rycke Beton. Managing director Johan Faasse attaches great importance to sustainable business. Proof of this is his commitment to The Blue Road and Green Award. Furthermore, he also saw his customers in the construction sector put more focus on this. Therefore, in early 2019, a soot filter and catalytic converter were installed in the Philipskercke I to reduce soot emissions. This installation requires a modified engine oil and at the same time Mr. Faasse also wanted to use the oil more sustainably.

The Mobil 1 flagship engine oil is a vital component in bringing Bentley’s performance to life. In this way, we contribute to the most important asset of Bentley: the perfect balance between unrivalled luxury and performance.

In mid-2019 the owner of Z.431 Alles Wisselt chose to switch the Mitsubishi S6RF-300 engine to the new Mobilgard HSD+ 15W40. Previously, a standard 15W-40 engine oil was used. Also for the hydraulic oil, the upgrade was made to Mobil DTE 10 Excel 46. Finally, Ingelbeen-Soete recommended changing the grease from a standard grease to the Mobilgrease XHP 222.
