KT MultiCleaner
Intensive anti-emulsifying cleaner for workshops, garages and transport companies
Product description
Concentrated intensive cleaner with high dirt dissolving power for oily and greasy dirt and other environmental soiling with the highest possible material compatibility.
Even heavy soiling is quickly dissolved and can be easily removed after a few minutes of contact.
With its specially balanced formula KT-MultiCleaner is sewer emulsion proof and easily self degrading.
It can be used for a wide range of applications: painted surfaces, metal, plastic, stone, tiles and fabric surfaces (colourfast). In the industrial and workshop sector, for cleaning workshop and hall floors and machinery; in the automotive sector, for cleaning the exterior of commercial vehicles, ideal for tarpaulins, chassis and undercarriages and engines, as well as for construction and agricultural machinery and much more.

Application
KT-MultiCleaner can be used undiluted or pre-diluted up to 1:3 with water for extremely heavy soiling. For medium and normal soiling, a dilution of 1:5 - 1:50 is recommended. For manual floor cleaning, a pre-dilution of 1:3 - max. 1:15 should be used, for machine cleaning 1:15 - 1:50.
It is best to apply the ready-to-use cleaning solution to the surfaces to be cleaned with a sprayer and, after a few minutes (approx. 5) of exposure, remove the loosened dirt with a rubber scraper or machine.
When cleaning vehicles or tarpaulins, pre-mix 1:3 to 1:15 and spray onto the surfaces to be cleaned, preferably from the bottom up.
After a short exposure time, rinse thoroughly with a strong water/high pressure jet.
For cleaning engines/machines, a pre-dilution of 1:3 to 1:10 is recommended.
When using high-pressure cleaning equipment, a concentration of 1 to 2% is recommended in the cleaner jet.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water after each cleaning.
Important notes
As a rule, a material compatibility test should be carried out in a concealed area. This applies in particular to painted surfaces (especially old and weathered paint) and aluminium parts. Never apply alkaline cleaners to surfaces that are hot from the sun (if necessary, cool them down first with cold water) and do not let them dry! Do not use the cleaner in the immediate vicinity of paintwork, as the formation of craters in the paint cannot be ruled out.
