AdBlue is the registered name of a 32.5% solution of synthetic urea in demineralized water. The harmless aqueous solution is injected into the hot exhaust gases. The nitrogen oxides formed during combustion are converted into harmless nitrogen and water course and so environmentally friendly. The consumption of AdBlue is about 5% of the diesel consumption. AdBlue makes it possible to reduce nitrogen oxides to meet the latest emission standards of the exhaust gases.

Next season, there will be once again a Belgian in Formula 1. Stoffel Vandoorne (24) will partner up with Fernando Alonso at McLaren in 2017 as Jenson Button steps back. Button will stay with the team, but will assume a different role, acting as a test and development driver next year.

A high number of satisfied visitors, some interesting workshops, … Maintenance 2016 can be considered as a great success. Therefore we would like to thank all our numerous visitors on our Mobil booth.

During the last edition of Truck & Business Magazine, you could read about the testimonial of Delcatrans about their remarkable fuel economy of 2,9% thanks to their switch towards Mobil Delvac 1 LE 5W-30. This 2,9% fuel savings equals 980 euro per truck. For the whole fleet there is a gain of 83 000 euro per year and a drop in CO2 emission of 3 ton.

ExxonMobil has launched Mobil Pegasus™ 605 Ultra gas engine oil to help optimise the performance of engines running on biomass and landfill gas. The product, showcased for the first time at Power-Gen Europe, has been formulated in response to the growing trend of companies and organisations generating power from biomass and landfill gas.

Mobil 1 fully synthetic oils have been specifically formulated to circulate with more ease than traditional mineral oils. Traditional mineral oils take longer to circulate, making the engine thirsty and may be less efficient. Mobil 1 fully synthetic oils get to work faster, to help your engine operate more efficiently sooner.
